Scott serves as Geller & Company’s Chief Talent Officer, developing and executing strategies to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition, development and retention plans.
Scott joined Geller & Company in 2011 and assumed his current role in 2017. In his capacity as CTO, Scott is responsible for oversight of all hiring including Executive Search. He leads all Talent Management programs including Succession Planning, Organizational Design, Learning & Development, and other human resources-related initiatives.
Scott has over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and is a member of ESIX (Executive Search Information Exchange) and SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management). Scott holds a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
